I am 5'7 130lbs and am wearing a size small.
My fiance is 6'4 and wearing a size XL.
People generally tend to size up. For general outdoor wear I wear a small but over biker shorts I love wearing a medium if I want it oversized. 
 
Washing Instructions:
These shirts are pre-shrunk but I recommend letting them hang dry. Wash in cold water. Garment dyed digitally printed shirts may fade after excess washing and heat drying.
